What information we collect?

We collect two types of information on our website, via email and through our service providers and distribution partners. Personal Information is information that identifies the customer personally, such as name and email address. If you make a reservation or purchase on our website, we may also send you information about new products or ask for your opinion about our website, so that we can improve our services to customers and suppliers.

Our distribution partners and suppliers

Our products are made available through our suppliers and distribution partners, but also through our own operation.
Our distribution partners or suppliers may have privacy policies that differ from GTE's Privacy Policy.
You should also be aware that some tour or product providers and some of our distribution partners may need personal information or other additional information, such as information about your health or physical condition, to determine whether or not you can participate in an activity. The customer should only read and rely on the privacy policy of the relevant partner or supplier and not the privacy policy of GTE.

Our storage and security measures

At GTE, we seek to maintain the integrity and security of customers' personal information.
