Porto

With departure at 9:00 am from your Hotel in Porto, we’ll begin the experience towards Fatima.

Fatima

Of remote origins, it was the Arab domain that originated and named the city as we know it nowadays: Fatima. This city, developed considerably after the Apparitions of Fatima event, in the beginning of the 20th century, became one of the greatest centers of the Marian cult in Portugal, recognized worldwide by the Catholic Church. Here you can admire the magnificence of the Sanctuary of Fatima, which, loaded with symbolism, blesses the hearts and minds of thousands of pilgrims who travel there every year.

Coimbra

Coimbra, the City of Students, offers centuries of culture since the time of the Roman Empire and is distinguished by its rich historical and architectural value, modern infrastructures and equipment that support the arts and sport activities, green spaces and commercial spaces. After lunch, we recommend a visit to the Monasteries of Santa Clara-a-Velha and Santa Clara-a-Nova, which contain stories of adversity and perseverance, with characters and relics that enrich the heritage of Coimbra. On the other side of the Mondego, you can see and visit the imponent University of Coimbra, centre of knowledge by excellence, a complex and symbolic building considered UNESCO World Heritage.
