Departing at 09:00 from your hotel in Porto, we will set off in the direction of Fátima.

Nazareth
toponym "Nazareth" is intrinsically linked to The Legend of Our Lady of Nazareth.

Over the course of the 20th century, Nazaré progressively evolved from a fishing village to a village dedicated to tourism, becoming one of the first international tourist attractions in Portugal. Today, the tourism industry is one of the town's main employers.

It is impossible to talk about Nazaré today without mentioning the world record for the largest wave ever surfed, 30 meters, set by
Garrett McNamara, na Praia do Norte, in November 2011.

It is part of the Nazarene tradition for women to wear seven skirts. The explanation is not consensual, but it is closely linked to the
faina: the Nazarenes were in the habit of waiting for their husbands and children to return from fishing on the beach, sitting on the sand and keeping vigil for hours. They wore several skirts to cover themselves, the top ones to protect their heads and shoulders from the sea air and the rest to cover their legs

Obidos
It was from Óbidos that the municipality of
Caldas da Rainha, formerly known as Caldas de Óbidos (the change in the determinative was due to the seasons Queen Leonor spent there).

Óbidos has already accustomed visitors to its transformation around the time of
Christmas. In recent years, the well-known village has been transformed into the "Christmas Village", a mystical place that enchants children and adults alike with its beauty and fun. In addition to the "Christmas Village", Óbidos has other events such as the Medieval Fair, where the castle returns to its medieval origins and where you can experience what it was like to live at that time. The Chocolate Festival is also an event that attracts a lot of interest from tourists. At this festival you can see life-size chocolate sculptures, children can take part in workshops and make their own chocolate.
